Steps to follow
- 01
Complete a walk
Record and finish at least one walk on the day you want to count.
- 02
Confirm it appears in History
A finished activity should be visible in your saved walk history.
- 03
Check current progress
Review the current consecutive-day count and the next available milestone in the app.
- 04
Use a fallback loop
On busy days, generate a short realistic walk instead of relying on an ambitious route you may skip.
What happens after a missed day
A consecutive-day streak restarts after a day without a completed recorded walk. Your earlier walks remain in History; only the current consecutive count changes.
Streaks are a motivation tool, not medical guidance. Rest, recovery, weather, and personal circumstances matter more than preserving a number.
If the count looks wrong
Confirm that the activity was finished and saved on the expected calendar day. If it is missing, review the recording and permission guidance before the next walk and contact support with the affected date if the issue continues.
FAQ
Common questions
Does more than one walk on the same day add more streak days?
No. A daily streak is based on consecutive calendar days, not the number of walks completed in one day.
Are old walks deleted when a streak ends?
No. Previous completed walks remain in History.
